Black Mountain Capital is a direct lender of commercial real estate loans through its co-investment joint ventures. Our first fund, a $50,000,000 joint venture plus a $50,000,000 option has met our funding goals.

Our first fund provided short term, commercial bridge loan financing for all types of commercial properties throughout the U.S. Our target loan size is $2,000,000 to $15,000,000 – although we can consider larger financings through our "first loss" program. Our lending platform is flexible and responsive to tight time requirements providing a value-added approach to satisfying complex real estate financing needs.

Black Mountain is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. The principals of Black Mountain are experienced and have completed over $2 Billion in real estate debt and equity transactions throughout their careers.
