Broker Program

Black Mountain Capital encourages brokers to submit loan requests on behalf of borrowers. Brokers who submit loans and are registered members of our network will be protected.

Typically we pay a 1% broker fee, though broker fees can be higher or lower depending on the circumstances of each individual loan.
